This exciting 12 Months Flight Attendant Program includes the following topics:

• Flight Attendant Aviation Instruction : This is the start of your Flight Attendant education. The phonetic alphabet, 24-hour clock, aviation definitions and terminology including purser, cabin safety manager, stewardess, steward, customer service director and air hostess are discussed in class.
• Flight Attendant Lifestyle and Professional Grooming Pro Skill School of
  Aviation provides educational insight into the demanding Flight Attendant schedule and lifestyle. Our practical training prepares our learners for optimizing their personal health and nutrition Additionally, we ensure student’s perfect their uniform standards and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Resume Preparation and Interview coaching : Pro Skill School of Aviation ensures our graduate’s resumes are formatted for airline hiring specifics. Our practical, behavioral based interviewing
  tutorials prepare our graduates to excel at the airline interview. We share insight into what airlines are looking for in professional flight attendants.
• English /Grammar : Spoken English Grammar ,Everyday conversation : Weather, time, schedules ,In-flight service,Answering passenger inquiries.
• Grooming Lessons : Hair and Makeup Lessons specific to Airline and Hospitality industry
• Standard Operating Procedures : The cabin crew’s day-to-day procedures! Role-play, guest speakers and field trips help solidify students’ understanding of course material. Some of the topics include:

• Emergency Procedures The focus of the flight attendant is the safety of passengers and crew; our ultimate responsibility is to act effectively and efficiently in case of emergency. Students will learn the following :
• Firefighting Scenarios
• Decompression Drills
• Portable Oxygen Use
• Prepared Emergency Landings
• Post-Evacuation Duties
• Emergency Evacuation Drills

Performance of these evacuation drills is as important to the course outcome as the exams. Successful completion of these drills is required by the Pro Skill School and by airlines. Our hands-on, in-person instruction is the ONLY way to build confidence for this culminating point of your training experience. Our professional, experienced Industry Led instructors build your confidence ensuring your success performing the drills to rise above the rest!Barbering, Blunt cutting, Body position, Clipper cutting, Club cutting, Comb techniques, Elevation, Finger position, Layering, Over-direction, Point cutting, Scissor control, Scissor-over-comb, Sectioning, Shading, Tension, Uniform layer, Tapering, Graduation Blow Dry and styling products.

• Security Procedures :In this section we explore the procedures that keep
  crew and passengers safe on the aircraft and while on layover. Topics
  include:
• Bomb-threats and hijacking procedures
• Airport Security Procedures for passengers and crew
• Aircraft Protective Officers

Emergency Equipment Pro Skill School of Aviation gives students the
opportunity to actually use emergency equipment typically found on aircraft.
We do live Firefighting training on-site and water emergency landing
scenarios in the pool! This knowledge can be applied to airlines worldwide.

Examples of some of the equipment we use are:

• Portable & Therapeutic Oxygen Bottles
• Fire extinguishers
• Restraint, Biohazard, and First Aid Kits
• Lifejackets
• Portable Breathing Equipment

Aircraft Specifics: Information learned in this section can be applied to
many aircraft types. Students will learn about the following:

• Galley equipment
• Passenger Service Unit information
• Flight Attendant and Flight Deck seating
• Emergency Exit Features
• Arming/ Disarming Procedures

Through written and verbal skill building exercises, including job interview practice, we ensure our students have confidence to communicate in the following topics:

• Airline vocabulary
• Aircraft terminology
• Emergency equipment
• In-flight service-related vocabulary
• Performance of Safety Announcements and Demos

Airline Interview Preparation Mocks In the program regular oral interview conducted in the style of an airline interview with the instructor.
This allows students to anticipate the airlines questions and have the knowledge to answer appropriately!
